A fictional parody. Inspired by
the Australian by-election of Wentworth in 2018.
Mark Twain said: "Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because Fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; Truth isn't." This book is an account of the 'impossible truth' that in October 2018 a sitting government assassinated it's own popular Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, which leads to a by-election in Wentworth. It is a fictional account of a couple's reaction to the unseating of the 'Oarstraylian' Prime Minister (Malcolm Mahogany-Five-draw) in the borough of 'Wantworth.' The author has parodied the events, with made up names and places. He was deeply shocked that the 'Oarstraylian' Parliamentarians actions, left him so little to make up. The writing of this book came from the inspirational words of the newly elected member of 'Wantworth,' 'Dr. Kerryn Book-Head', who said: "It's not about the balance of power. It's about the power of balance". Here's to the "power of balance" and the possibility of an Australian Parliamentary' s return to both balance and common sense.
